It’s a mythical animal that knew its apotheosis in the Middle Ages, in that period figured
in fact was in many atlas. Its origin is ascribed commonly to Jakob Bartsch, than it designed
in a its atlas in 1624. It is a modern constellation, the Unicorno does not introduce a myth.
The unicorno is a leggendary creature, than likes to a horse but it has a single horn,
like a spiral, place on the forehead. One believes that the horn can cure the poison.
This animal has been often symbol of castity and purity.
